Use of the site
Eligibility and access
By accessing or using rajaluckgames.com (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Indian law, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service in full. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Site. Raja Luck reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time and to suspend access pending such verification.
Permitted and prohibited conduct
Raja Luck grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the Site; attempt to gain unauthorised access to its servers or networks; reverse-engineer any underlying software; upload content that is harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent; or engage in conduct that disrupts the experience of other users. Any violation may result in immediate suspension of your access without prior notice.
Account responsibilities
If the Site requires you to register an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. Raja Luck is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account details.
Intellectual property
Ownership of content
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio clips, and software, is owned by or licensed to Raja Luck and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India), and other applicable intellectual property laws. The Raja Luck name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Site content is strictly prohibited and may attract civil and criminal liability under Indian law.
Limited user licence
Raja Luck grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access Site content solely for private, non-commercial enjoyment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce or publicly display any content, create derivative works, remove proprietary notices, or use any content for commercial purposes. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Raja Luck.
User-submitted content
If you submit feedback, comments, or other materials to the Site, you grant Raja Luck a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Site's operation and promotion. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Limitation of liability
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Raja Luck does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian laws, Raja Luck expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Cap on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raja Luck's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of INR 500 or the amount you paid to Raja Luck in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
Exclusion of consequential damages
Raja Luck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if Raja Luck has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies to damages arising from your reliance on information obtained through the Site, any interruption or cessation of service, or any unauthorised access to your account or data.
